Lazlo's Corner

Still trying to come to grips with our president elect. If you follow me on Twitter (@BlowUpRadio), you've probably seen me tweeting a lot about political and social issues.

While is primarily a music related site, as a human, and as an American, there are sometimes things more important than music that I feel the need to speak about. After all, one of the big influences that go me into doing radio in the first place was the movie Pump Up The Volume

Side note, a key song in that film is Leonard Cohen's, "Everybody Knows". yet another tragedy this week was his passing.

Both of our new music shows this week begins with the same short statement about the aftermath of the election, so if you don't want to hear me talking for 1 minute and 30 seconds about the election, then just skip the first track in the playlist of each show.

Music can be helpful to soothe the soul, and I'm sure many of us will be listening to a lot of music in the coming 4 years. has every intention of being here to continue to Support Good Music, as well as occasionally speaking about more important things (yes, there are things more important than music, even to a music lover like myself).

"Talk Hard!"
